About Colleen

Colleen studied Pilates at Absolution in West Hollywood, California under the direction of Jill Cassidy, a Certified Pilates Instructor Trainer of over 15 years. Jill studied closely with two of the foremost inheritors of the Pilates Method, or “True Pilates”, Romana Kryzanowska, Joseph Pilates’ protégé and Ron Fletcher.

Colleen has over 2000+ hours teaching Pilates, observing Certified Pilates Instructor Trainers as well as classroom study and special seminars in all areas of Pilates, including human anatomy and body positioning safety.
