Pilates Mat class in Kalaheo
For 2 weeks only!!
Pilates/Strengthening Mat Class

All classes are located at the Kalaheo Kato Gym across the street from the Kalaheo Elementary School.

Bring small hand weights (no heavier than 5 lbs.), a water and a mat or towel. Wear tennis shoes for the first part of the session.

Tues and Thurs 5-7pm
June 19th, 21st, 26th, 28th only
